Bio: Annette Jordan was recently crowned as Miss Rim of the World and participated in the Miss California USA pageant 2010 as Miss Lake Arrowhead. She is a senior at Biola University majoring in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Journalism and Film and a minor in Biblical Studies. Her career in journalism came to a climax two years ago when she went on a journey to connect the fragmented pieces of her past. She is a foster youth alumni, who grew up with two sets of foster parents. Recently, she used social media to search for her biological parents. The internet transformed her life forever. She was reunited, after 15 years of separation, with her biological father and grandparents. She lives with her sister for the first time in her life. After her investigative work, her passion for journalism spurred to new heights, with experience and opportunities in New York, Washington and Los Angeles.
